The problem

Retailers ran separate POS at the counter, a different platform online and a third one in-person for markets and pop-ups.

Consolidated reporting required overnight scripts and still disagreed by morning.

The client wanted a unified POS that worked offline and synced seamlessly.

Built a React + Expo POS that runs on counter tablets, mobile devices and the web.

Integrated Stripe Terminal for card present, plus cash and wallet tenders.

Designed an offline-first ledger that queues and reconciles transactions when the connection returns.

Centralised reporting with real-time totals across channels and stores.
