How quickly will someone reply?
We reply within one working day — usually the same day if your message lands before 16:00 UK time. The reply comes from a real person, not a sequencer.
Will you sign an NDA before the first call?
Yes. We'll sign a mutual NDA before any technical conversation if you want one — we can also send our standard MNDA template if yours isn't ready.
How do discovery and pricing work?
Discovery is a 30- to 60-minute scoping call followed by a written engagement proposal: team shape, milestones, commercial terms, and risk register. Pricing is either a dedicated-team blended rate, a staff-augmentation rate card, or a fixed-scope SOW — we suggest the shape that fits your problem rather than pushing a preferred model.
Do you travel to client sites?
Yes. We regularly work on-site for discovery workshops, launches, and quarterly reviews across the UK, KSA, and the GCC. Day-to-day delivery is remote with documented rituals — most engagements don't require permanent on-site presence.
