What this means at Enigmatix

Quality engineering that ships with the feature.

Most QA shops are hired to catch bugs after the code is written. We work differently. Our QA engineers embed in the same pod as the developers from day one — writing acceptance criteria, building test harnesses, running exploratory sessions before features freeze, and owning the automation pyramid that keeps regression cost flat as the codebase grows.

We deliver across the full spectrum: manual exploratory testing for user-facing journeys that scripts miss, automated regression for the flows that must never break, performance and load testing for the numbers that matter to ops, and device-lab coverage for the mobile release that has to work on a 4-year-old Android as well as the latest iPhone.

What we build

Six shapes of QA engagement.

Most engagements are a mix of two or three of these. We scope the exact cut during discovery and write the quality gates into the statement of work.

/01

Manual exploratory testing.

Charter-based sessions run by experienced testers who've shipped software in your sector. Session-based test management, bug narratives with reproduction evidence, and risk-ranked findings — not just a bug list.

/02

Automated regression suites.

End-to-end automation on Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or WebDriverIO. Page-object architecture, parallel execution, flake quarantine, and CI integration — a suite your team actually trusts on every commit.

/03

API and contract testing.

REST Assured, Postman/Newman, Pact for consumer-driven contracts. Schema validation, status-code matrices, and auth-flow coverage wired into the build so broken API contracts fail before merge.

/04

Mobile testing and device labs.

Appium, Espresso, XCUITest, plus Firebase Test Lab and BrowserStack device coverage. Real-device testing across the OS versions and form factors your analytics say your users actually run.

/05

Performance and load testing.

k6, JMeter, Gatling, Locust. Load profiles modelled on real traffic shapes (not synthetic curves), SLO regression detection, and capacity-planning reports your SRE team can act on.

/06

QA strategy and test-automation uplift.

For teams with an existing QA practice that's stalled — a test-pyramid audit, flake analysis, coverage gap reporting, and a phased uplift plan that upgrades the suite without freezing feature delivery.

Tech we work in

A pragmatic QA stack.

We pick the tooling to fit the platform, the team's existing toolchain, and the lifecycle of the suite. These are what our QA engineers ship with most often.

How to engage

Pick the engagement model
that fits the commitment.

The same qa & test engineering work ships under any of these three commercial shapes. The difference is in how you hold us accountable and how you scale up or down.

  • Manual testing is exploratory and human-judgement-driven: an experienced tester uses the product as a real user would, finds issues scripts can't, and tells you things no metric can. Automated testing is repeatable, fast, and catches regressions on every commit. Most products need both — automation for the flows that must never break, manual for the flows where creative attack is the point. We'll scope the right ratio in discovery.

Trusted by our clients

What partners
tell us.

Most clients renew for a second engagement. The ones who don't usually hire someone from our team to run the project in-house.

We are a mental health charity and not tech minded. We needed to improve our patient registration system but wanted a company that we can relate to. Hassan took the time to meet with me and patiently went through our process to find a personalised solution for us. Hassan's team did a great job streamlining our process and connected our registration system to our patient management software. Whenever we have a glitch, they resolve this quickly. Cloudini provides a personal and efficient service and we have adopted them to be our IT provider.

I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Cloudini as a premier bespoke software development agency. Our journey with them has been nothing short of exemplary, far exceeding our initial expectations. While many agencies can develop based on strict specifications, Cloudini demonstrated an incredible commitment to our project that was truly unparalleled.

Dragonfly has been working with the team at Cloudini for several years now on building out our web-based platform and APIs. One of their strengths is quickly building out a multi-disciplinary team to work on the development and delivery of features with different technical requirements. Their support has allowed us to accelerate our development work without building an internal team. They have also worked seamlessly with other third parties both during the acquisition of Dragonfly and development of our mobile app. Cloudini has been instrumental in bringing our ideas to life and providing guidance to help us make the best technical decisions. I would recommend getting in touch with them if you're looking for support.
