Resorts wanted to move from paper vouchers and cash tipping to a digital experience that felt premium.

Chip issuance had to handle accounting, tipping splits and guest spending across on-property outlets.

The client wanted an NFC-enabled system tied to resort operations.

Built an NFC-backed chip system where concierges issue and guests redeem via phone.

Added a React Native guest app for balance, tipping and history.

Integrated with POS systems across the resort for seamless redemption.

Shipped back-office reconciliation for accounting and tipping distributions.

Guests tipped and spent more when payment was chip-based.

Resort accounting moved from vouchers to auditable ledgers.
